Ask yourself a few basic questions.  Is your hy-rail truck ready to do battle with inclement weather again this year?  Would it be a safe move to upgrade from a two wheel drive truck to a four wheel drive railroad vehicle?  Is it finally time to replace that unreliable hi-rail truck that you’ve been meaning to swap out all year?
